Data Deletion

I-SHA (Lensnara Global Co., Ltd.) uses the Instagram Graph API only to find and contact creators for our gift-seeding program. We store public Instagram business/creator profile information (username, display name, bio, follower count and engagement on recent public posts) and the email address you give us when you apply or accept an invite.

How to request deletion

Email info@ishalens.com with the subject Data deletion request and your Instagram username. We will delete all data we hold about you, including creator-program records, within 30 days and confirm by email.

You can also stop future contact at any time by replying “stop” to any message from us.
