Delivery Policy
- Orders placed before 9:00 AM (KST) will be processed and shipped on the same day, excluding weekends and Korean public holidays.
- We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier after the order has been handed over for delivery.
- We are also not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, import procedures, or other regulatory processes.
- Due to the hygienic nature of contact lenses, returns are only accepted if the item is defective. Items must be unopened and unused. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Reasons
- Lenses shifting or not aligning with the iris (may occur due to dryness or an improper lens fit)
- Minor discomfort or dryness
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Misunderstanding of product specifications, including quantity per pack (e.g., 1 lens per pack). Customers are responsible for reviewing product details before purchase.
- Lenses damaged due to improper handling or use
Return & Reshipment Due to Recipient-Related Issues
- Orders returned due to recipient-related reasons — including but not limited to recipient absence, refusal of delivery, failure to collect within the pickup period, incorrect address, or unpaid customs duties or import restrictions imposed by the destination country's customs authorities — are not eligible for a refund.
- Reshipment is available upon request and will require a reshipment fee of USD 9.95.

- All shipping fees are calculated based on the final payment amount after all vouchers, discounts, and promotions are applied.

Delivery Method
We use different shipping carriers depending on the destination country.

United States: Shipped via USPS. Please note that the tracking number will be available 1–3 business days after your order has been processed.
As shipments are dispatched from Korea, it typically takes 5–7 business days for the package to arrive at a USPS facility in the United States. However, due to increased customs inspections, this process may take longer than usual.
During this period, the tracking status may appear as “Pre-Shipment (Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item),” as USPS has not yet received the package.
Please note that delivery within the United States begins only after the package is received and scanned by USPS, and the 5–7 business day timeframe refers only to the transit time before USPS receives the package.

Other countries: Shipped via Korea Post (K-Packet or EMS).
All shipments are provided with a tracking number once available. Delivery times may vary by destination and shipping option.

- Tracking timelines vary depending on the shipping carrier.
- Shipping fees do not include customs duties or import taxes.

Estimated Delivery Time
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after the order is placed, excluding weekends and Korean holidays.
- After shipment, delivery usually takes 7–20 business days, depending on the destination and customs procedures.
Please note that delivery times may vary and some items may require additional processing or delivery time due to logistics issues, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Customs and Import Fees
- US Orders: US orders are subject to tariffs. For your convenience, these customs fees are collected directly at checkout. This allows for a "Delivered Duty Paid" (DDP) service, meaning no additional fees will be required at the time of delivery.
- Other International Shipments: For countries other than the US, shipments may be subject to import duties and VAT, payable by the recipient.
- Shipments to the EU, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Norway, and Switzerland are frequently subject to duties and VAT.
- Failure to pay customs charges may result in the package being held or returned.
- Refusal to pay customs duties or taxes does not constitute grounds for a refund. If an order is returned, refused, confiscated, or destroyed due to unpaid customs charges or local import regulations, no refund will be issued for the purchase price or shipping costs.
- Customs clearance decisions are made solely by the destination country's customs authorities.
- International shipments may also be subject to inspection by customs authorities, which may result in extended delays.

- As such, we are unable to guarantee delivery timelines or offer refunds or compensation for delays caused by customs procedures.
Additional Notice for US Shipments
This notice applies to shipments entering the United States only. Due to a recent increase in customs inspections for e-commerce shipments, inspection frequency has significantly increased. As a result, shipments previously processed under basic inspection (1H) may now be subject to enhanced inspections (2H and above), which may cause delays. Shipments that typically cleared within 1–3 days may now take up to 1–10 days or longer depending on customs procedures.

1H (CBP Inspection Only) — 1–3 days
Conducted by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP)
Includes X-ray screening and basic package inspection
2H (CBP + Regulatory Agency Inspection) — 3–7 days
Conducted by CBP, FDA, and USDA
Applicable to items such as food, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, wood, plants, and agricultural products
May involve sampling and ingredient verification
3H (CBP + Multiple Regulatory Agencies) — 1–3 weeks or longer depending on the circumstances.
Conducted by CBP, FDA, USDA, and additional agencies such as EPA and CPSC
Applied to highly regulated goods requiring detailed inspection
These inspections and any resulting delays are determined by US customs authorities and are beyond our control. Therefore, we are unable to guarantee delivery timelines or provide compensation for delays caused by customs procedures. As such, we are also unable to offer refunds for delays related to customs processing.
