📦 1. Dispatch & Estimated Delivery Time
- We carefully pack and ship all orders in batches on Mondays,Wednesdays, and Fridays (excluding weekends and Korean public holidays).
- Estimated Delivery Time:Southeast Asia: Approx. 4–7 business days. USA, Europe, Australia & Others: Approx. 10–14+ business days.
- Tracking Information:For USA Customers (USPS): Your order will be dispatched on our regular shipping days, but please note that tracking updates take about 2 additional business days to reflect in the system.For All Other Countries (K-Packet): Your tracking number will be provided on the exact same day your order is dispatched.

- We love sharing our lenses worldwide! Please keep in mind that any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your local government are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We kindly ask for your understanding as we cannot control or predict these local charges.
💖 3. Returns & Exchanges (For Your Safety)
- Your eye health is our top priority! Because contact lenses are classified as medical devices and personal hygiene products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for a simple change of mind once a package has been dispatched.
- To maintain strict hygiene standards, any products with opened or tampered outer packaging (boxes) cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
- All return inquiries must be submitted to our customer center via email within 7 days of receiving the items.
🤝 4. Defective or Incorrect Items
- We stand by the quality of our lenses, but if you happen to receive a defective or wrong item, we’ve got your back! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- No need to return it to us across the globe! Simply email us clear photos of the defect, the original blister packaging, and the barcode on the outer box. Once verified, we will happily arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund via store credit.
📬 5. Unclaimed or Failed Deliveries
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unpaid customs, or being left unclaimed at the local post office, we will refund the cost of the items once they safely arrive back at our warehouse.
- Please note that the original shipping fee is strictly non-refundable, as the shipping service was already fulfilled by the carrier.

- Gently place the lens on your eye and blink slowly.

My bare eyes are quite dark, but even when I look down, light gets into my eyes!! Such a natural-looking highlight, definitely the lens I want to wear on important days!! I don't think there's another lens out there with a thick ring and such a natural glossy look. I was shocked at how cute it was the first time I put it on... No discomfort or dryness even without eye drops, will repurchase!!
Once you wear this, every other glossy-look lens feels like a regular lens by comparison, that's how bold the color payoff is. This is from the inner camera on BeReal. Seriously insane.
This is my dark eyes, unedited, on a regular iPhone camera! I've tried glossy-look lenses from all kinds of lines, but this one is by far the most beautiful! Gives you such doll-like eyes! Other glossy-look lenses dry out after a few hours and get gritty, red, and painful, but this one didn't hurt even after a full day (^^)! Makes me want to try the other colors too.
At first glance I thought it looked bold, but once it's on, it blends in perfectly.
Pairs amazingly with pink makeup!
Axis-fixed so it doesn't rotate, and best of all comfort is great.

リボンでもほかのカラコンでも乾燥するとぐるぐる回ってたけどメアリは全く回らないので回ってるか気にせず付けれていいです！
朝から夜まで長時間付けていたのでズレてるかな？と確認したところ全くズレてなくて、、
だからといって張り付いてる訳でもなく回らない水光が回る私にとってこんなに定着がすごいカラコンに初めての出会いすぎました、、♡♡
リボンシリーズよりレンズ自体薄めかなと思いました！

I'd only ever used the Ribbon line before, but this one's sparkle was so cute I bought it the day it launched!! Before putting it on I thought it might be too big, but once it was on I was shocked at how cute it was!! So glossy and sparkly! It gives your eyes so much presence!! Glad I bought it!
