📦 1. Dispatch & Estimated Delivery Time
- We carefully pack and ship all orders in batches on Mondays,Wednesdays, and Fridays (excluding weekends and Korean public holidays).
- Estimated Delivery Time:Southeast Asia: Approx. 4–7 business days. USA, Europe, Australia & Others: Approx. 10–14+ business days.

- We love sharing our lenses worldwide! Please keep in mind that any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your local government are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We kindly ask for your understanding as we cannot control or predict these local charges.
💖 3. Returns & Exchanges (For Your Safety)
- Your eye health is our top priority! Because contact lenses are classified as medical devices and personal hygiene products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for a simple change of mind once a package has been dispatched.
- To maintain strict hygiene standards, any products with opened or tampered outer packaging (boxes) cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
- All return inquiries must be submitted to our customer center via email within 7 days of receiving the items.
🤝 4. Defective or Incorrect Items
- We stand by the quality of our lenses, but if you happen to receive a defective or wrong item, we’ve got your back! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- No need to return it to us across the globe! Simply email us clear photos of the defect, the original blister packaging, and the barcode on the outer box. Once verified, we will happily arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund via store credit.
📬 5. Unclaimed or Failed Deliveries
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unpaid customs, or being left unclaimed at the local post office, we will refund the cost of the items once they safely arrive back at our warehouse.
- Please note that the original shipping fee is strictly non-refundable, as the shipping service was already fulfilled by the carrier.

黒奥目小粒目とコンプしちゃってますが、発色が合わないやつだとパープル系でもほぼ黒色に発色して萎え????みたいなことがよく起こるのですがワンピックはちゃんと見たまんまの発色でなかなか嬉しいです。裸眼も小さいのですが、少し黒目がはみ出てそれもいい感じにフチみたいになってくれててめっちゃお気に入りです????????

I thought purple might look a bit costume-y, but surprisingly it doesn't stand out and looks totally natural, plus it's cute — but up close you can tell it's genuinely purple. If you're on the fence, I think you should just buy it.

Great color payoff, properly gray, and since it's axis-fixed, it never gets that glazed look and looks like light is really in your eyes — especially recommend it for deep-set eyes. If your hair is warm-toned, another shade might suit you better, though gray doesn't look out of place either.
Gives your eyes such a glossy, sparkly look, genuinely so cute, I can't let it go!! It's been my go-to lately. It's a brown-based color, but depending on the light it can look almost blue-gray, which I also love. Personally, I notice more dryness with the 1-day compared to the 1-month.

I didn't realize the colored diameter could be mismatched like this... The product itself is cute, so just make sure to double check the size!

Repurchased, bought 2 this time!! Whenever I wear this, people always ask where I got it!! It makes your eyes so cute you'll keep checking the mirror!! It's more natural than expected, so I think it works for everyday wear too!!
Great color payoff, and the axis doesn't rotate — this lens has everything great about a glossy-look lens packed into one. It gives you such incredible clarity that just putting it on instantly levels up your whole look. All of gray's best qualities, combined!
Purple lenses often come out darker and end up looking more gray, but this one gives real, true purple! And since it's axis-fixed, my eyes stay glossy the whole time. I keep repurchasing it so much I wish they'd make a 1-day version too.
