📦 1. Dispatch & Estimated Delivery Time
- We carefully pack and ship all orders in batches on Mondays,Wednesdays, and Fridays (excluding weekends and Korean public holidays).
- Estimated Delivery Time:Southeast Asia: Approx. 4–7 business days. USA, Europe, Australia & Others: Approx. 10–14+ business days.
- Tracking Information:For USA Customers (USPS): Your order will be dispatched on our regular shipping days, but please note that tracking updates take about 2 additional business days to reflect in the system.For All Other Countries (K-Packet): Your tracking number will be provided on the exact same day your order is dispatched.

- We love sharing our lenses worldwide! Please keep in mind that any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your local government are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We kindly ask for your understanding as we cannot control or predict these local charges.
💖 3. Returns & Exchanges (For Your Safety)
- Your eye health is our top priority! Because contact lenses are classified as medical devices and personal hygiene products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for a simple change of mind once a package has been dispatched.
- To maintain strict hygiene standards, any products with opened or tampered outer packaging (boxes) cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
- All return inquiries must be submitted to our customer center via email within 7 days of receiving the items.
🤝 4. Defective or Incorrect Items
- We stand by the quality of our lenses, but if you happen to receive a defective or wrong item, we’ve got your back! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- No need to return it to us across the globe! Simply email us clear photos of the defect, the original blister packaging, and the barcode on the outer box. Once verified, we will happily arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund via store credit.
📬 5. Unclaimed or Failed Deliveries
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unpaid customs, or being left unclaimed at the local post office, we will refund the cost of the items once they safely arrive back at our warehouse.
- Please note that the original shipping fee is strictly non-refundable, as the shipping service was already fulfilled by the carrier.

Looks very natural and gives the eyes a little ✨extra✨!! I love how the don’t turn around in your eyes as so the highlight stays at the bottom and you don’t need to adjust them every other minute. I really like them and will order them again ♥️

The first thing I bought from Mitsu no Lens was Moonstone. It gives you such AI-art-like eyes, so I wear it at night!! The lens felt a bit thinner than the One Pick line, but it's cute so it's a favorite.

So glossy and cute. When it gets dry it rotates a little, but it still gives a boost!
Not too flashy, blends in beautifully, great! The diameter is good and it really doesn't rotate! My eyes are brown but the color payoff is beautiful!

It's axis-fixed and the color payoff is genuinely gray, I love it! A blue-toned gray that's insanely cute without being too white, totally my type!

It has a bit of a light pink feel, but also a bit of orange! Well, makeup can probably fix that.
